Why do zoomers ruin everything?
Why do zoomers ruin everything?
Be more specific
classic is actually trash and always had been. the love for it is pure nostalgia because you all played it when you were 7 years old and think it was fun
Not so, it did have many things that modern WoW lost.
Classic had *some* emergent gameplay for example, but Blizzard didn't like that so they removed it.
Also it's just generally a less personal game now, you would know the people on your server in classic because you had to, now it's all just random dungeon groups where everyone is in a hurry and no one says anything.
>t. zoomer who joined during C*taclysm and missed all the expansion worth playing for
>random dungeon groups where everyone is in a hurry and no one says anything
as if u need some pro coordinated group to clear 5 mans
i joined mid wotlk r-ree
It's going to be like 50 year olds going to their first festival in 25 years - realizing why they now book hotels and take cabs to shows instead of living in a flooded tent surrounded by idiots
LEEEEEERROOOOYYYY
>The only reason to communicate is to take down dungeon challenges.
In classic you had to talk to people for a good 10-20 minutes before the dungeon, as you looked for a group in chat and group members made their way to the dungeon.
As a result you got to know people, it was nice.
Le socializing :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
Guess what? I don1t care about the fucking background of my fucking tank. I care only about my fucking loot. Do you have no irl friends to resort to this? What could make a man to care about this shit? Seriously only stuff I ever talked about randoms was "brb, afk, oom" that's all. Get a fucking guild and go on TS, you faggot.
This game is cringe as hell and only pathetic neckbeard losers play it
I'll probably have fun with it for a few months, which would be just fine. I started towards the end of vanilla and more or less stopped after ICC, and have since tried most other MMORPGs out there, but nothing can quite compare. Played a bit of WoD too for a free 90 boost but gave up after a month or so
Have they said that's definitely in though? I thought it would be 1.12, except with less raids and no BGs at first?
I'd like to revise my statement.
Getting to know people was *usually* nice, but there were also tools around like
You are not missing vanilla. You are missing your youth. You want it back, because then everything was new and interesting. Then you realised that you are just a dust in the air. Wandering around aimlessly. Nothing you do will ever matter. Nothing you feel will be meaningful. Nothing matters. The world is a cold and dire place, without any joy. You want back the time when you still believed. You wanna believe. I understand you, I wanna believe too. I wanna go home too, but there is no home. Only the illusion of your memories.
I got plenty of joy buddy, main reason why I don't think I'll play classic for long is that I don't have time for that old school grind anymore.
I have a wife and a job and responsibilities now, can't be farming for hours a day to get the full dungeon set or fire resistance gear for raggy.
I might level to 60 at a casual pace though, we'll see.
Dumb edgy nihilist
Literally the worst type of player
The entire point of the game is so be social you fucking autistic virgin, what else is there? Loot? For what? More dungeon crawling? Then what? Loot for the same raid every week? What else do you do with that loot? Stand around in a city? Why is it about loot when the only thing loot is good for is enabling you to mindlessly spam the next tier of content?
I still prefer Retail
It has characters I like unlike classic
dumbass game is like 50 years old now why would anyone talk before dungeon people know how it's cleared
it's a good game. Nice slow pace progression, with every step forward feeling rewarding.
Nothing to do about missing childhood
Imagine growing up spamming in twitch chat
Imagine if your worldview is based on youtube and twitch
Imagine if you had diversity and equality lectures instead of education in school
That's your Generation Z
why did the boomers ruin literially everything that is related to money and education
what 'bout old school runescape? that was released in 2013 and everyone told me that people will stop playing it after few months due to nostalgia fading away. 6 years later it's like 3x more popular than rs3
*ruins your game*
things will balance out eventually, or change. it doesnt matter really. as long as you can value the ways you grew up and what you got to experience. i ont really care for twitch and new gaming but i let the kids enjoy their generation
