Okay then I'll give you one more piece of advice, because I know exactly how you feel, from personal experience:

Feeling good because you have a plan to make plan is useless because it's only temporary. In a few hours to a day not having done anything about it, the anxiety will just come right back. It always does. You can make a plan now, imagine leaving right now, and get it out of the way. It feels really great getting something done after putting it off for so long, and that feeling is permanent because you no longer have to worry about getting that thing done. That weight is off your shoulders and you can even stand up straighter, and all because that thing you had to do goes away forever.

what kind of personal experience is that? have you been in a warzone before? i know texas is rough, but I don't think that counts.
or do yu just mean experience with procrastination and anxiety?
