I've reached that zone where you get fatter but it's not noticeable unless you stare at your gut in the mirror and you still fit in your pants, there's definitely more chub on my ass and tummy. Most people see this as a gentle warning where they can see the errors of their lifestyles while still being able to prevent catastrophic outcomes.
