yes and no. most years i've been in london, one year i got posted out to the midlands and i saved a lot more money and could afford a better standard of living and yet all i ended up doing was saving.

When I think about traveling I imagine myself in a foreign country in a hostel bar trying to talk to people in their 20s and having absolutely nothing to talk about or sitting on a bus, alone, en route to some exotic tourist attraction with every other seat on the bus occupied by young couples. I've spent my life alone in a room browsing Jow Forums. Getting conversation out of me is like drawing blood from a stone.
