It's tolerated. Smoking inside coffeeshop or home is ok, public not really. they will usually condone it if you aren't disturbing anyone but if they aren't having their day they will still write a fine.

It's fine now that I live in a city and don't have a car. My dui drops off in 4 years, if I had a car now my car insurance would be 3500 yearly due to points on my license. Tax fees from IRS would've cost me 19000 in fines but I proved I had low income and they reduced it to 5000 that I pay in installments, it took awhile to fight.

Most places yes. I take a shitty bus to my work so I can get away with it. It makes a 45 min car ride take 70-80min but it is cheaper. It is late a lot so I take early ones to my work
