Have some respect.
If it weren't for those brave men and women Australia would have Taliban right now.
guilt over vietnam, stop asking the same questions over and over
The other day I went to the Walgreens after work really quick and I was in uniform and this lady asked me how many people I’ve killed, but in an awestruck way
I dont like it
RESPECT
We like killing and those who do it. You already know this.
Because I then don't have to die in some desert hellhole for Israel and they do
They fought for our rights for burger and sharting.
I can't stand "servicepeople". They're pretty much the biggest welfare queens in this country. I stopped talking to my cousin because he joined the army.
>filmz.ru
isnt this considered gay propaganda
You fucking retards helped create the Taliban in supporting the mujahdeen against the soviets in your stupid proxy war you dumb seppo
Eh. It's complicated.
But it mostly because of the fact that so much good for US has been achieved through military might. IE. Cold War victory, victory in World Wars, Independence, Civil War, etc. The extent of US military in those conflicts can be debated, but that's not the point.
Warfare in US culture has always been a strong point, and if you pay attention to our culture you'll notice that a lot of it has to do with warfare. This tends to equate into real world respect for soldiers/veterans.
I'm really too tired to go into much detail. But it's mostly for historical reasons, that equate over into general culture. It's not something a foreigner would be able to understand fully, unless they have similar culture in this regard.
Their relentless bullying of brown thirdies allows us to maintain our degenerate lifestyles.
>not telling her about your 300 kills in guerrila warfare
She was probably soaking wet at the mere thought of you murdering hadjis you fucking aspie.
>Thank you so much for 'protecting our country'
Do these people even realize they're under no foreign threat whatsoever? They're more likely to get shot by their neighbor.
Bullshit, the reverence for the military is a 20th century phenomenon. It's just brainwashing so that Americans accept the modern military industrial complex and the American empire.
If you want peace prepare for war.
living in a bubble must be nice, until it isnt
I mean, so did the Chinese and Soviets but I suspiciously don't see your flag complaining about them and their role in creating the Taliban.
You know we also stopped the Japanese from invading you alongside the Brits...
>If you want peace prepare for war.
US doctrine is to always be prepared for the impossible
US pre-ACW may as well be a different country
Woops, meant for
>bombing the shit out of Middle-Eastern desert peasants equals protecting your country
Whose bubble again?

Even when their kids die they can't stop sucking off Vets.
What's wrong with Americans?
Just listen to that cringe speech they're giving in the hospital.
The worst terrorist attack in human history was orchestrated by these desert peasants
And it was against the country that is supposedly under no foreign threat
>not understanding global economics and power projection
yours bb ;)
Have you ever been in an american airport? Their obsession with the army it's cringeworthy, it's almost uncomfortable to be there.
True Americans are anti-military.
>While polls today generally indicate that Americans think of the military in glowing terms (rightly associating terms like “sacrifice,” “honor,” “valor,” and “bravery” with military service), Americans of the 18th century took a much dimmer view of the institution of a professional army. A near-universal assumption of the founding generation was the danger posed by a standing military force. Far from being composed of honorable citizens dutifully serving the interests of the nation, armies were held to be “nurseries of vice,” “dangerous,” and “the grand engine of despotism.” Samuel Adams wrote in 1776, such a professional army was, “always dangerous to the Liberties of the People.” Soldiers were likely to consider themselves separate from the populace, to become more attached to their officers than their government, and to be conditioned to obey commands unthinkingly. The power of a standing army, Adams counseled, “should be watched with a jealous Eye.”
The Soviets were fighting against Islamists you absolute retard
>dude from a country that only exists because its protected by real men from other countries
>talks about living in a bubble
It sounds like you're just assmad that military gets to board first.
The mujahadeen were formed and gained popular support BECAUSE of the Soviets invading Afghanistan to begin with.
Fucks sake
which made them grow in power because it legitimized them, and more muzzies wanted to help. Do aussies not have classes that impart rudimentary logic on people like physics?
I took a course on international economics in college. Funny, I don't remember the college professor ever talking about "power projection".
>I took a remedial economics course in community college and I am intellectually superior to you in every way
>true Americans
Go back to the 1800s then
You vastly underestimate the influence the War of 1812 (forced the US to create a professional army) and the ACW (caused loyalty for most to switch from state to federal) had on American culture.
Those events shaped US culture in more ways than is ever talked about. If you want a return to the olde then fine. But I hope your also happy with being the bitch of fucking Canada and Mexico, as they'd easily overtake us. Not to mention the Russians, Chinese, and Europe buttfucking the US in unison
Mental illness, this whole shit fucking country needs to be nuked
Because America is big and powerful and has national pride. Euro cunts are cuck and weak with weak militaries and deep down they wish they could ve jingoistic and powerful like before so they feign disgust of USA nationalism.
/thread
It was an upper division economics course in a four-year university.
Why are aussies so shit at banter?
>paying attention to such irrelevant details
Get out of Japan ZOGbot
based americans are always so silly in a cute but charming way
Neither Canada or Mexico want to take over the US. You're paranoid, bro.
George Bush is a lot of things but I don't think desert peasant is accurate.
Honestly this
>Mexico doesn't want to take over the US
I mean... that's not completely true. Maybe just the southern parts I guess. Frankly I would happily give them SoCal
>Frankly I would happily give them SoCal
You're an idiot lol
LA deserves to be mcfucking nuked from orbit by my capitalist overlords
How's Okinawa you fuckhead?
so, how many have you killed?
The USA used to have a phobia of standing armies that was no doubt inherited from England. Then the Great Wars happened, and the rest is history.
It is known that the perpetrators were mostly saudis. Accidentally bombed the wrong shithole, or don't you think there's more to it?
BECAUSE your CIA build them up, pampered them and gave them weapons. 9/11was just your own idiocy biting you in the ass.
don't they shart on homeless veterans?
Yes "support the troops" isn't supposed to be taken literally. It's just a euphemism for supporting bloodshed.
thank you for the oil
