It is a nice color, sure, but did the population of Kazakhstan just decide to make it their nations colour? I mean, Kazakhstan is technically Islamic and the color of Islam is green, right?

turkic religion is about sky fetish, like egyptians and the sun, turks had the blue sky as their thing
