thanks bud
No. You will burn in hell for eternity if you sin and your apologies aren't sincere.
So true.
No you have to repent, go to confession and do penance. Do you have extra money you can share with the poor? Faith+works and not just faith alone.
Do not listen to Protestant.
this lmao. niggas thinking they can live in hedonism till they're past 50 then go to a church every sunday and practice sheding a single tear of remorse and lament are in for a surprise
Dont say it like that its not pastoral. Right now he is so likely so attached to his anime porno the thought of giving it up will cause him to quake and hide from the God who loves him so much.

For some good tip (this is a good site btw)
see Also salvation depends on the status of your soul when you die. You can convert after 50 and work off your sins in purgatory, though you should never presume to live so long. After all, death can come at any moment.
>invent sins
>die for them
gee thanks
This isn't a way to think anyway. Repent shouldn't be planned, this is deeply sinful in itself.
True, but in baptism all sins are cleared away. Even an imperfect contrition, done from fear of Hell or want of Heaven, is still a gift from God and still sufficient for the sacrament of penance. We should all strive to be perfect and have perfect contrition but few people start there.
God is love, and sin is sin sofar as it contradicts this love.
He looks like jew

>when classmate in catholic grade school said this after hearing it from his lutheran cousin
Protestants are fucked
you really think so?
I live healthily in every aspect, exercise and spend most of my days at the safety of my home. Maybe I should be more egotistic and pleasure myself in more ways, considered repugnant to God, even tho I have the knowledge of why I souldn't live a life like that.
All's well if I go to church later and beat myself until I finally feel regret, right?
It doesn't work like that, baptism doesn't clear sins if you aren't genuinely devouting yourself to be good and living as God intend. And penance from fear only and greed of heavenly gift is a terrible sin.
No you shouldn't do that, of course not. And like you said, you already have the knowledge why you should not. It's good you hate sin.
But if you do sin, or fall into habit of sin, or anything like that, no matter what your age, you can and should repent and do penance and hold out hope of salvation. That's all. No matter what and no matter when. A good death of repentance and tears after an evil life is itself very precious and good.
>And penance from fear only and greed of heavenly gift is a terrible sin.
Where do you see that? I'm looking at CCC 1453
>1453 The contrition called "imperfect" (or "attrition") is also a gift of God, a prompting of the Holy Spirit. It is born of the consideration of sin's ugliness or the fear of eternal damnation and the other penalties threatening the sinner (contrition of fear). Such a stirring of conscience can initiate an interior process which, under the prompting of grace, will be brought to completion by sacramental absolution. By itself however, imperfect contrition cannot obtain the forgiveness of grave sins, but it disposes one to obtain forgiveness in the sacrament of Penance.52
Where are you getting "terrible sin" from this type of imperfect contrition? Of course all true penance also requires repentance, if you go into confession with a hardened heart intending to sin again that is not a legitimate confession. But if you go in there with a fearful heart, aware of your mortal soul, that is still a legitimate confession even if imperfect
Based Jesus
I'll do that just before I die
Can Jesus cure my crippling depression and hellish sensitivity?
I'm atheist but I've got to hand it to him: Jesus was a passioned, inspired and enlightened man
*I'm an atheist
Anyway, I repeat: Jesus Christ was a good man. Probably one of the best human beings who ever existed
Is this jesus?
Who is that Nordic man you have posted?
I meant you shouldn't be faithful to God only out of fear of punishment or promise of the afterlife. Everyone should strive to be good for the value in itself.
>“Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?” “The one who showed mercy to him,” he said.
So are only people who are merciful to us our neighbors and we can kick out arsbags from the ethnostate? Sounds pretty great.
Based and gracepilled
>Jesus of Nazareth
>filthy n*rdic "man"
Dammit that's what I always post.
This. At least jesus was preaching philosophical ideas during his timeline and not living in a swamp and behaving as stupid and wild as a nordic man back in those days.
that guy looks nothing like Jesus/Yeshua
LMAO and is that picture supposed to be?
And yet, ur still a fag
Yes but that is something that you strive for. Working out a true and perfect contrition isn't always easy. We all are called to be perfect but very few start perfect. Most start imperfect. Many even die imperfect and need to go to Purgatory before they can be admitted to Heaven.
Anyway I am off to confession myself, to confess my own shortcomings.
He can, but he might not. I know I stopped being depressed, but not everyone does, and I still struggle with anxiety from time to time (certainly much less than I did before I became Christian lel). You are still an earthly creature, subject to all the same illness and aging and death, even painful death. But you are also a lot more than just flesh. You're a precious and beloved child of God. And that can give light and consolation even in very dark and scary places. Suicide for me became a daily thought to unthinkable.
Saint Dymphna is the patron saint of those with mental disorders, and a very powerful one who has interceded for countless suffers. Pic related, its Saint Dymphna as depicted in anime 15 year old zoomer style.
That's just a pic of the supposed average Palestinian of Jesus time. Shroud of Turin is where to see the miraculous image of Jesus.
