Also I’ll mention, one thing I’ve noticed that’s helped with me, is being more strict with my diet in terms of sugar and caffeine. Try avoiding processed food and sugar in general, aside from some fruit. Just stick to whole food in general. Also keeping a regular sleep schedule helps immensely, easier said than done I know, but it really does help level out your head. Anyway, take care.
