I don't think most people care about the top of your head, I think the front is where you don't want to lose hair. Your top looks a bit thinning but I don't know what the forehead area is like. Either way if I ever went bald I wouldn't take any medicine for it because I don't want to castrate myself

I just buzz cut when they're too overgrown and after that I keep buzzing the sides and back of my head for the next 2 months or so. Then repeat the cycle.
