Education in China is much better, education in Singapore is unreal in comparison to the west and Nigeria and other African countries have shit tier educational infrastructure. When exactly did I say that there is a noticeable difference between 98 and 100? Never.
The thing is, that 100 should at all times be the average IQ, it's THAT simple.
Same as, if the global sea levels rise, then 0 will continue being the sea level, and simply everything else will be considered 2 meters less.
That will not mean that there will be a significant difference between a 100m hill now becoming a 98m hill.
