americans have no culture at all

Very spooky

i often kinda wondered why too
around the 60's to the 90's there was a large amount of horror films being made, i remeber terror toons, where the cheesyness of it made it somehow weirder, anyway yeah we dont know why either

Is it? There is nothing scary about monsters wearing human skin. The humans themselves are scary enough.

Ah yes. Jump scares, aliums and shitty creatures like dogman and goatman. Truly frightening

wtf is amerifolklore

Reminder that the new world never stopped being filled with monsters and ungodliness

american folklore
>clowns
>very tall very thin well dressed white male
>herobrine

They just hang out at Denny's now and talk about the latest conspiracy theory they heard on AM radio.

i think he means native folklore and mesoamerican stuff

why don't we make movies about french folklore
>bears who capture women and rape them until a new yeti race is born
>spooky goat with one leg bigger than one (it's actually a trap to kidnapp/kill tourists)
>the whipping father kidnapps bad kids and torture them
>Ai vist lo lop
>the giant ferré (not the wrestler)

>Also thank good that these things are jsut myths and not real.

Oh believe me, la creatura and La luz extingo are 100% real

>kidnap/kill tourists
why do french people hate tourists that much

dahu is alpine folklore

Herobrine is from minecraft which is Swedish and it's a video game.

Herobrine just represents the first nigger coming to Sweden and the terror it brought to Notch's heart

Like skin-walkers and shit.

I dunno why, but something about this has deeply unsettled me ever since I was a kid. I used to be scared of going into the woods up in the mountains as a child, and thinking about seeing this in the treetops in the dead of night still makes me feel uneasy.

You have to be 18 to post here

I used to love the Missing 411 threads I read when I browsed /x/. The US has huge national parks where it's easy to get lost and it makes for good spooks imo, and of course it's always embelished with supposed supernatural shit/gov cover-up etc. It was pretty entertaining.

This is Nökken. It's a Norwegian swamp monster which will drown your children if they dare bathe in his swamp. Say something nice about him!
