First of all, we have no need for immigrants. So its not easy to move here. Second, you can not, you absolutely cannot get a job unless you speak Finnish. And Finnish is not indo-european so its difficult to learn. There are so many better options. And there is not much to do here, so no, there isn't much of an attraction for immigrants.
As for refugees, we don't like them, we don't want them, we took in 30k during the crisis and half of them went home or to Sweden.
