I'd totally recommend going to Billund if you like Lego and such, since Legoland and Lego House is located there. If you don't like themeparks Legoland might not be for you but Lego house is still fun. They also have an airport in Billund and nearby there is a town called Jelling, which is of big historical significance and therefor has a very cool viking museum that's free Entry. Ribe is also comfy aswell as Aabenraa. Ribe aswell as a viking museum.

I just found out that Lego is from Denmark a few days ago. That is great, I used to love Legos when I was a kid and still find them interesting.

Well if you're going to Germany id also recommend going to the Hedeby/Haitabu viking museum. Its a very good museum and I think Schleswig is a nice town. I guess in germany you could also see Lübeck or some other place. Don't go to Hamburg though, that place is shit.

Ive done a boat tour through Hamburg. The water was very grimy. The highpoint was the horror Dungeon thing. My main complaint with Hamburg is mainly that there is no long walking commerical street, like there is in most Danish cities. Or maybe I just missed it.
Perhaps in the future but im not sure where I would go desu.

Depends on what kind of tourist one is. If you're the kind of tourists that wants to see big and flashy trash to take pictures at then yeah big cities are the best, but if you actually want to experience a country, its architecture, culture, people, all that, it's only in the small cities/towns that exists. Obviously the exceptions are places like Italy, Greece, etc. that have incredible capitals, but otherwise it's fucking pointless. Like imagine going to Germany for a week-long vacation and spending it in b*rlin, what a fucking travesty.

I think Aahus and Odense has nice old city parts. My town has a nice old district aswell. It was used for the movie 9. Aprill. Im kinda sad most castles we had were made of bricks and got repurposed for other projects later on. Bornholm for instance is a place with no big cities but lots of Danish atmosphere and its super nice. Its an honestly nice and magical place. Though the inhabitants are weird.
