to be fair the Mahabharata tribes are the Hindu version of creation, that all men are the children of Aryans and that India is the Aryan homeland. So there are various tribes of India who were defeated by Arjun and were exiled to many places, such as Parsu (Persians), Yavana (Greeks), Saka (Scythians) and Chinas (Chinese).
