I cant tell from the audio quality if your doing it right so imma just gonna try to describe how to pronounce dental fricatives
the unvoiced fricative is pronounced by placing the tongue on the tip of your teeth leaving a small gap to let air blow out, pronouncing a "th" sound like thin and thunder

the voiced consonant is pronounced by doing the same thing but letting your voice flow with the air creating a buzzing sound making the th sound like a z, this is the "th" sound in "the" and "this"

neither of these exist in bangla and I learnt them from studying arabic for reading the quran
