how do you make money on rent? do you own a place?
software, no, yes, I work in a field where I can't own a cell phone for security reasons. Utilities included with rent. They cover $100 of my unlimited card, so I pay the $21 remainder.
I just started this month desu. But it seems nice for a "put money in and forget about it" type thing. They let you manage your risk as a number (0-10).

I have a VPS too, it's just that I prepaid for the next 3 years (don't ask why). But it's in seattle, i'd rather have my VPN be out of the country.
does that include utilities? do you have internet, phone bills? debt? give us some more info user
Part of it is I get an extra tax for living in NYC.
Idk. I figure I'm getting paid well enough (i.e., if I made less money but paid zero taxes such that the math worked out the same, I'd be OK with it). I'm not unhappy with how much tax I'm paying but I am unhappy with how my shitty elected officials are spending it.
I don't user. Not much I can do though.
Idk but I think your assets have to be more complicated to do that kind of stuff. Like having stocks, real estate, etc.
It's actually an underestimate, I'm trying to cut back. 4-6 shots a weekday and 10-12 on weekends adds up. Maybe I should try a cheaper spirit instead?
eating out really adds up. especially when you get into the habit getting a drink, or going to the sit-down restaurant and paying a tip, or a side, you easily end up blowing a huge portion of your income on food.
if it's worth $350 to you go for it user!
