Other than international alliances? Aragon and Castile historically side with France and Portugal with England, that's all basically, we have the same culture, religion, almost the same language, manlets, brown, explorers etc... it's the first country to expand our business always but other than that we don't give a fuck about them usually, to us they are just a worse version of Andalusia/Extremadura.

Thank god. Aristocracy are leaches bound on halting all progress. The reason why The Netherlands became such a great country for a while, even rivaling Britain at times, was because of mister duke of Alva over there.
