yes, salt and fat content is very satisfactory for the average human, but then again there are people who feel disgust if they eat greasy hamburgers, pizzas and tacos

I think mostly it comes down to taste buds, personally I was always more inclined to eat fast food as the ideal food when I'm hungry, but now I find the taste of fish and vegetables much better in terms of taste, though that could just be a psychological trick due to the health benefits

My Beef intake has gone down significantly in the past year.
Fish, Chicken, the occasional lamb, and veggies are what I consume mostly( though i still eat junk food but I keep it balanced as I run and bike)
If you are heavy into fast food try vegan options (veggie burgers, burritos etc) if they are available. Youd be amazed how people cant tell the difference between beef,which they have been eating all their lives and plant based protein.

Yes. I can go up some stairs too. My leg goes numb a lot when I stand for too long though (30 minutes or so) so I try to sit mostly. I was actually 500lbs in January so I lost some weight.

We have really good steaks, good meat in general and wine, premium quality for fair price.

Nah, I very rarely ate fast food. I just had a terrible habit of overeating my mom's cooking, on top of having both a very sedentary lifestyle and a genetic disorder that makes me more prone to gaining weight. It wasn't until I moved out and got complete control over what I ate that I managed to drop to a healthy weight.

Damn bro, not gonna lie that is a serious problem. Start small, and try to drink sugar free soda instead. You will not like it at first, the taste will be bland, but after a couple of weeks you will see the difference is not that big.

I don't even know how people get fat. I'm 23, and for my entire life I've eaten nothing but junk food, and all I do is lay around and play vidya all day, and I never gain and weight. I'm 5'9" and about 135 lbs.

It's mostly based on how much you eat and drink. Like you could eat McDonald's everyday and never put on weight as long as your caloric intake isn't over roughly 2000 calories. People that put on excess weight usually are overeating, as well as drinking too many sugary beverages.
