There are a lot of jewels of all periods, but you need to find them. Definitely not as perfect as those in Paris, but still good.

Maybe you don't know Paris well. It's a very big city with many clubs and some parts don't have many tourists. Their museums and restaurants are better imo. But if just to party/drugs Berlin is better I agree
