I have an extremely high pressure sales job that stresses me the fuck out and causes me to abuse alcohol, benzos, and other drugs. Phenibut is a god send but your tolerance builds so quickly that if you take it more than once or twice per week it basically stops working. How do I get around this? I absolutely crush life while on it and I need this to happen more often. Any pheni experts in here?

I don't think you can get around it. I took it for like two years, 3 days a week. I dosed like 1.25grams then 1.25grams again a couple hours later and it seemed ideal.

Just keep increasing the dose user. Every time increase it a little more, and a little more, etc.

Phenibut is no different from alcohol or benzos. Abuse it and you will be in for a world of pain. My advice is to acquire other substances like Racetams, Tianeptine, L-Theanine, and just cycle the Phenibut and Tianeptine for a stronger effect (while avoiding addiction) whereas Racetams and L-Theanine can be used everyday without any negative effects.

take both. pheni makes you calm and verbally fluid but also tired. adderall will keep you alert. its honestly the best combo there is but I would test it out before then to make sure you dont have a weird reaction.

which racetams are best for mood/anxiety? I've tried noopept and one other but didnt really feel much. I take L-theanine every day but I can't tell if it does anything.

it's basically a benzo like xanax or clonopin but it attaches to gaba B instead of gaba A. feels very similar but has a long half life. and its legal to buy over the counter.
