>planning on opening a service based business >somebody calls me a "predatory capitalist" becasue i wasn't planning on paying an employee every dollar of value they bring to the buisness >apparently profits are theft >apparently i'm what's wrong with America and this guy wishes he had enough money to move to cuba >he literally doesn't have $300 in his bank account in one of the richest nations on earth and thinks he'll be successful in fucking Cuba
Can somebody explain Predatory Capitalism? it's like, i pay for the equipment, the rent, the deposit, the insurance is in my name, i built the business and am taking the risks. Are new employees going to pay me half the deposit for the office space? What is my motivation for ever employing anyone if it benefits me in absolutely no way?
I might as well stay as a small one man business, which would not only prevent me from making more money, but would then leave the potential employee with less opportunity.
>expecting retard commie lefty fags with no business experience, financial knowledge or common sense to understand these things >expecting the state to either
He is just some commie that can be safely ignored.

You spelled it out yourself man. These people never think about what actually goes into starting a business. It takes high intelligence, good work ethic, planning, and a lot of risk. Many businesses fail and go bankrupt, that's all you need to say. He has a point but it just comes down to what I said, you put all that effort in and reap your rewards. Sometimes I definitely do feel like middle management is fucking retarded and I could do their jobs, and I don't need them, would be better off working like I do instead of just managing people..
But one thing that is invaluable is having that job day in and day out through thick and thin. Security and you don't have to run the business which is a huge weight, if the business goes out you just get a new job.

No you don't understand you should take all the risks but your employees should reap all the benefits while you sit there barely breaking even so that he can go to Starbucks and leave once he finds a job that pays 10 cents more per hour without even giving you two weeks notice.

To be fair, if you find a good employee that brings a lot of value and all that shit, basically someone that's actually hard to replace, it's in your best interest to keep him around and motivated or he may think about going somewhere else if you're paying everybody as little as possible. If people believe they can be rewarded for putting extra effort shit may work better as long as it doesn't turn into a den of passive aggresive vipers.
>arguing with employees or ex-employees >being friends with your employees on facebook >having any form of social media as an employer
what the fuck OP. Where is your professionalism. a) You shouldnt even be talking to this faggot. Only reply to him if he emails your secretary or someone in admin. Your secretary passes the message onto you and you tell her, to send him an email back and that he can have a meeting with you discussing what his issues are. Then you say "Okay, thanks for voicing your concerns, how do you think we could improve on this". After he replies you can BTFO him but politely ofc and explain how a business cant run like how he is explaining. When he escelates it, say, "if you are really that unhappy, you can leave". End of meeting. b) Your employees shouldnt even know or have access to your social media c) You shouldnt have social media in the first place as an employer.

not my employee, and i'm making connections with other people who run similar businesses

>takes all the risks >literally a limited liability company you can wind up and walk away from creditors at any moment
