There's the Britishers and the illuminated, noble Hindu peoples

Ask me about a region and I will tell you the stereotype associated with it.

Rajasthan

Assam

Andaman

Tamil Nadu

Desert people, full of conservative rajputs.
Hindu chinks, gets flooded every year, lots of tribal conflict.
No one cares about them.
Darkest people in India, overdramtic movies, dhoti.

Do those Andamanese vote?

Mizoram

Tell me the region with most Chinese

You mean the tribals? Yeah they can, they are even considered a scheduled tribe so they get affirmative action to get into university and government jobs, but I think they just keep to themselves.

Kashmir

There used to pretty significant population of chinese in Kolkata but most of them left the India in 90s. Himachal Pradesh also has like 100,000 tibetans too who immigrated in the 60s. The people in Ladakh, sikkim and arunachal pradesh are related to tibetans.
No one cares about them
Whitest people, islamists

West Bengal

Punjab
Kashmir
Sindh
Baluchistan
Bihar

Maharashtra?

Not a region, but Jains in general

I used to listen to this song when I was very little with my dad and his friends and dance to it along with Sleep on the Left side. Comfy memories and it's only cuz my dad got the cassette from a bargain bin in a record shop in the 90s. Curious about how popular Cornershop was since I've never heard of anyone listening to this song aside from me. India in general is so fascinating yet you never hear about any or it in the west.

>Bihar
Worst state, hated by almost everyone.

Why does the eastern chunk of India have so many tiny states?

Because it's filled with a bunch of mongoloid tribes that hate each other and think they're different while speaking some or the other variant of chingchong

tell me about Goa
I used to have a coworker from Delhi, but he always talked about how beautiful Goa is

Pondicherry

What region has the most Jains? I took a spirituality class that was taught by some Jain nuns and they were pretty based.
