Because we like to see favelados killing each other over territory

drug addicts aren't humans

Imagine many old people on marijuana, those past 55.

We did but only for medical issues
*hits blunt *

Because of this

Soon.

"It's forbidden because it's illegal."

- our former Minister of Drug Policy

But we already did.

but why is it illegal, mr. eurosocialist bureaucrat man

Finns, translate this to ti int.
I can't come up with a rational sentence to explain this in English

Marijuana ruins lives. In 20 years we will have a lot of braindead adults who smoked too much as teens.

Doesn't work in Finland

For us it's just different.

Based

big pharma has us by the balls

I think foreign people have a hard time understanding the subtle sarcasm

People ruin their lives anyway. If it isn't with weed, it is alcohol, or tobacco, or fast food, or prescription drugs. War on drugs is just a facade

NO ME VENGAN CON CUENTOS CHINOS

if anyone has their life ruined by weed then they weren't going to amount to much anyways
this is the truth
PLENTY of successful people tech type people smoke here in seattle

Alcohol tobacco fast food and pills don't permanently destroy your motivation, impulse control, and memory the way weed does

those go away when you stop smoking
anyone who has actually smoked weed before can tell you this or you can see the first study that came up when I googled it
jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapsychiatry/article-abstract/481834
>At days 0, 1, and 7, current heavy users scored significantly below control subjects on recall of word lists, and this deficit was associated with users' urinary 11-nor-9-carboxy-Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentrations at study entry. By day 28, however, there were virtually no significant differences among the groups on any of the test results, and no significant associations between cumulative lifetime cannabis use and test scores.
>Some cognitive deficits appear detectable at least 7 days after heavy cannabis use but appear reversible and related to recent cannabis exposure rather than irreversible and related to cumulative lifetime use.

because weed gives you cancer

you're right they do a whole lot worse

smoking gives you cancer. many people would take edibles if they were easily available (like where it's legal), but delears usually only have the bud or oil.

Deep and local

yeah they literally kill you instead

>alcohol doesn't destroy your motivation
This is pure bullshit, my dad was an alcoholic for years and he only cared about booze, any adiction can turn you to thrash

seethe

cumbrain spotted
enjoy your burnt out dopamine receptors
real men drink alcohol

>Alcohol don't permanently destroy your motivation.
Nigga, come on now. Alcohol is worse than weed in every single way.
t. alcoholic

>Why hasn't your country legalized poisoning its own citizens?

>burnt out dopamine receptors
saying this over and over doesn't make it mean anything
when you stop smoking weed, the chemical effects it has on the brain go away
you don't even get withdrawals

beacuse you can grow it, and people growing their own medicine for minor aches and pains and anxiety would make daddy pharma very unhappy.
anyone who thinks all mind altering substances should be illegal has a reasonable point, despite it being disagreeable. those people should be far, far more concerned with the actual problem in america: opiod/benzo addiction. because that actually kills people, and suits make profit every time a doctor gets a new person addicted.
compared to real big boy addictive substances, weed is nothing. anyone who thinks otherwise has probably never met a real presctiption pill drug addict or alcoholic.

WORKIN ON IT
