I did my masters from cal tech and worked there for 8 years. Retards on Jow Forums are the code monkeys, skill requirements aren't unreasonably high. They apply to 3 companies a year and expect them to hire them for their community College degree and lackluster skills. The biggest reason they hire us is because if someone is on h1b they are tied down to that company for at least a couple of years.
