Due to stiff resistance, Russia decided making a "buffer-zone" was enough, claiming victorius after suffering some 300-400k casualties, advancing a mere mile per 10 000 casualties. So basically both claim victory, Finland defended it's sovereignity and Russia got it's buffer zone.
