Probably the facial structure + the names + the way they dress + the way they talk

the pnl brothers in the picture are half corsican half maghrebis iirc

it's pretty easy to differentiate maghrebis with us
some tend to have a really white skin but they still have unique facial features

but Algerians are clearly whiter than other north Africans like Egyptians and Moroccans though

probably by accents

I don't know, it's a combination of facial features and accents
but it's quite frequent that they are half european half nafri, then I classify them by their cultural influences

oh and algerians LOVE their flag, they put it everywhere whenever they can
