You are missing the point here. Obviously there is a correlation with the genetics of ethnic groups and the frequency of phenotypes, but this does apply well on an individual level. Like the picture you posted before, there are Southern Italians who are blonde and blue eyed yet are closer to Jews than they are to people in Turin. Same goes for you, blonde and blue eyed but genetically Spanish. The reason why your dna test might give some sephardic Jewish result is because Spaniards are to an extent mixed but a lot of Moriscos etc. also have Spanish genes.

I think we disagree on fundamentals here. Southern Italians are often dark haired and brown eyed, and their North counterparts are typically lighter featured. If a South Italian is blond and blue eyed he probably has more Germanic ancestry than his Southerner peers, and also he's an outlier and not representative of the South Italian population as a whole. Sure, he might still have a lot in common genetically to other South Italians, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had as much in common with a German or a Swiss.

If you have lighter or darker features than the norm, you are likely not any different compared to the people of your region unless you have a different grandparent, but that changes the issue. Recessive genes can simply pop up, even in swarthoid populations, that is how genetics work. Only retards like Varg who consider blonde Turks to be closer than brunette Norwegians do.

True, but this is rare and when it happens it's usually one or two phenotypical traits: i.e. typical swarthy Sicilian but he has blue eyes, or typical mediterranean Andalusian but he has light blonde hair.
If something like blue eyes, light skin, blond hair, Nordic skull shape, thin lips pops up in one single individual from one of these populations it's extremely likely that the dude has recent (& significant) Germanic ancestry, and very unlikely that it's a combination of highly improbable expressions of recessive genes
