Cops should be held to a very high standard, so if they do some shit like this, despite their training, their sentence should be longer than a normal person, since they:
>have training on how to properly respond to accidents
>took a life without any danger to himself or others present
>betrayed public trust
>worsens relationships between public and the officers, making their job a bit more difficult
