Muslims and Jews do not believe that Jesus was the son of god and certainly don't believe that he died for our sins and resurrected thereafter. If that didn't happen it would put Christianity into jeapoady. Since it would mean there is no afterlife for Christians. Jesus came back to show the Christians that life after death existed.
