Where I live: 350€/month in rent and 20mins commute.
Munich: 1500€/month AT THE VERY LEAST for an equivalent apt but then I'd have to take up with more than an hour in congested traffic or more in public transportation.
Plus all the additional shitty costs just for the "privilege" of living in Munich like up to my old rent just for a PARKING SPACE for my car. In the open.

Also my town has literally two half breeds and two asian women that are married to some weirdos. Rest of the town is white while Munich is crawling with bored, jobless shitskins that commute into town every day for free to kill time.
