If you don't sell it as super authentic, I don't see the problem. While I enjoy Italian food they take it to extremes at times. After a certain point every recipe is authentic and it just is about your favorite variation.

Can you even make a good pizza at home? To my knowledge you need a proper oven which homes generally don't have. Of course you can try your best and still make a nice one in a normal oven
