Eastern Bolivia is the richest and most developed area in the country. They produce all the money and Western Bolivia spend that money to give gibs and programs to Amerindians in La Paz and Potosí.
Also Eastern Bolivians are mostly mestizo and white, and their culture is more similar to Paraguay than the Andean Amerindian region of Bolivia.
Some of them don't even feel Bolivian at all, shlould East Bolivia become an independent country?
