Which English accent to ESL’s find easiest to understand? most difficult?
I assume midwestern English is the easiest to understand because it’s so flat, but I’m a native speaker so I don’t know.

As a Minnesotan, you're dead fucking wrong. Only in the rural parts of the state could you find anything like a Canadian accent.
