I have started jogging since about a month ago. At first, I couldn't keep running more than 5 minutes. But Now I can keep jogging for 2.5km without stopping. I would like to extend the distance to 5km

The hunger itself wasn't so painful. It was bearable. But low level of bloodsugar made me very irritated and easy to be angry. I was scared of it destroy the relationship in workplace. So I had to stop practicing this method.

He eat a half of paper cup of Kellogg's All Bran and milk in the morning. All Bran is tasteless. So he add small amount of sweet cereal. All Bran makes your stomach full and it remains for long hours.

Then his next meal is at 18:00. He eats one rice ball. That's all. If hunger is unbearable, it's allowed to eat boiled vegetable or porridge.

Then he goes to bed being hungry.
