No it's not. I went to Nevada, and prostitution is banned in Clark and Washoe counties, which have Vegas and Reno in them, respectively. It's the backwater rural counties which have the brothels; I saw one in Lyon County. It's such a nasty business, but the place's pimp ran for government as a Republican, died during the campaign, and the people of his district posthumously voted him in. FYI rural Nevada is extremely conservative, while the two cities are liberal.

I just think that if you're going to drink alcohol, it should have higher concentration. Most beers are just water and in high volume it's pretty unhealthy IMO No, but alcohol that requires mixing (or lends itself well to it) I can respect.
