no, the reason why americans are fat is because they don't have to lift a finger all day long, it doesn't matter how much foot we eat, it's all about having an active lifestyle. I wake up in the morning, drive an hour to work, drive an hour back, and watch TV/vidya for the rest of the evening, that is what the average day looks like for almost everybody.
