The most you can assume from this post is that ChainLink is a likely oracle provider, but then it isn’t even specifically named. They probably are talking to link but this is far from confirmed
yes sorry, title is a big misleading. They don't specifically mention LINK, but chances LINK is one currently in talks is very high. There are only a small number of decentralized oralce projects, and LINK is the furthest along in progress, so you'd think they would be one of them
