Chico Crypto: "Has there been any work on NEO or projects looking to build a decentralized Oracle service?" Malcom Lereider, NEO Senior Research & Dev Manager: "There are at least 2 or 3 projects right now that are discussing with either the NGD team or the NGC team to build or support their Oracle solution for NEO, so its in progress, because its needed"
The most you can assume from this post is that ChainLink is a likely oracle provider, but then it isn’t even specifically named. They probably are talking to link but this is far from confirmed
Matthew Kelly
yes sorry, title is a big misleading. They don't specifically mention LINK, but chances LINK is one currently in talks is very high. There are only a small number of decentralized oralce projects, and LINK is the furthest along in progress, so you'd think they would be one of them
Jaxson Hughes
True, link seems like it will be the default Oracle but I'm not betting the farm... but only because my wife won't let me

Neo? fucking lmao, that's literally a who by now.
Jacob Johnson
First of all, NEO it's an actually literally who. It's an absolutely fucking useless cryptocurrency.
Secondly, Lereider doesn't mention in any fucking moment Chainlink. In fact, he doesn't give a shit about CL, because now CL it's only a fucking project with lots of bugs and work to do in the next years. You guys are fucking sick. Chainlink isn't the center of the universe.
Parker Perez
what other decentralized oracle projects are there? do you even count shit like mobius and ducatur which are probably scams?
Matthew Rogers
Zen Protocol, Astraea, Cryplets, even Google it's working on their own decentralized oracle. Like user said above, CL isn't the center of the universe.
Chase Sanders
ZP and Astraea aren't decentralized? And Cryptlets is either chainlink, centralized, or light years behind chainlink in development. >like user said above you do realize we have IDs on this board, right?
James Williams
Of course I know, but I'm anonymous, so I refer myself as user.
Zen Protocol and Astraea are clearly decentralized. The Cryplets development it's impossible to know unless you work for Microsoft, because it's a private project. Maybe in 2019 they will make it public, but now it's private.
Sebastian Hill
Damn...if NEO adopts that useless POS I'm officially market selling all of my NEO.
Jeremiah Jenkins
Astraea is for true/false inputs only (that is, not particularly useful), and where is your proof that zen protocol is decentralized?
Dominic Gonzalez
>t brainlet that thinks LINK is not the center of the universe?
