I posted a few months ago about manufacturing PC watercooler units using advanced manufacturing (like the CERN coolers). I'm trying to make a prototype but the startup costs using conventional techniques would be prohibitive. I'm trying to solve that but it's still in the work. If it works, my manufacturing costs would probably drop to 100-150€ per water block.
