>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
I want to build a div portfolio with about $4000 once all this bullshit calms down
1. If I'm going for divs, should I just heavily invest in one company for max divs?
2. If no, I'm looking into investing into DUK and T. I want to get a third company in there so I can have 3 high yield stocks in three different sectors for hedging. What is a good third company with high div yields that isn't expensive?
Nicholas Parker
Looks like we're dumping into the close again, tommorow is a very important day to trade and I'll finally have a day off work to do it.
Landon Johnson
fuck you boomerbag-holding traitors. you could have bought and held bitcoin to stick it to the kikes who stick it to you, but nooo you just had to get tricked by that trendy robinhood app.
>implying that wasn't designed to pump bags at the end of an 8 year QE-driven bacchanal.
the whole world is laughing at this circus called trumps america
Isaac Carter
To (((her))) credit her initial short was spot on, but she was operating under the pretense that SPY only moved by a percent or so either way in a day, so once she hit her short target she went long... on margin.
Ding ding ding! How did everyone do today? I'm up 0%, no activity again today. I was too busy at work to really monitor the situation closely enough to try the scalp I wanted to do. Oh well.
Surprisingly well, not enough to cover losses yesterday, but almost every position was green today. >chink memes recovered somewhat >GALT ended 5% higher >LB doing God's work only slightly down on INTC, but overall not too bad.
Jeremiah Hall
Nikkei is going to the fucking ground today, you are warned
Lucas Hughes
>I don't know the exact %, i refuse to check but bretty red Handle your emotions.
still hodling on to my actual stocks like buffet-sama, but the puts have kept me green.
Thomas Thompson
No isolated high in any of the main three equities. Therefore, you're wrong.
Evan Gutierrez
>handle your emotions wat? I feel good today desu, I ran a 5k today and talked to a qt girl
Ayden Wright
this ;_; never in wildest bear dreams did think would see 3% drop in one day
losing money am painful but what was even worse realizing how much insane amounts of money could have made if just held shorts or went full margin in on shorts T_T
>be first time investor >save money for 6 months >try to make responsible decision >invest it all in "safe" mutual fund 2 weeks ago. >lose 7% in 2 weeks I literally cant win
Oliver Reed
>talked to a qt girl did you tell her about your bamboo stick?
>Buying rocks for pebble returns >Not shorting pebbles to get boulder returns Grug is disappoint.
Jose Richardson
friendly reminder that actual support is at 2500 on the LT trend, if that breaks and 6-12 EMAs cross on the monthly it's time to load on bonds for a while and let it rip.
So what should I invest in now so that when im 50 in 25 years I have at least a couple hundred grand?
One of my friends was saying weed since it is inevitable that it will be legalized in the near future in America.
Wyatt Ramirez
Nobody know, just have your cash ready and wait. This correction is an excellent opportunity.
Adam Hernandez
What's going to happen when the banks say, we don't have any money tomorrow?
Evan Garcia
what good is boulder if grug can not even lift boulder
Isaiah Rogers
What should we get ready to buy when the red fills the streets?
Mason Ross
weed is overvalued and filled with too many high debt companies and overall production is far more than canada and NA consumes
if you really wanna invest in weed find someone who knows their shit to start a farm when it first legalizes in a state
Jordan Garcia
>Grug not know shaman going to artificially inflate boulder market with plan to please skygrug in 3 moons. Its like grug no want 2 caves.
Jordan Jenkins
Unironically, tech. Yes it is horrendously overpriced now, but the correction will help with that. Just pick your favourite and keep an eye on it.
Support at 2600 will be the next major test (Feb lows), but we are still a ways off it yet so I'm expecting at least another red day tomorrow.
Anthony Bailey
I'm finally going to buy. gonna be so pissed if today was the literal bottom because it would mean I missed the entire thing. that seems highly unlikely though. what do you think?
Leo Scott
Crash will be cancelled once the trend followers are out of the market
This pump and dump shitcoin is still up since nearly any point in time you choose to look at.
~10% or 2k up as compared to a year ago.
~250% or 18k up as compared to 2009 even though none of the problems in the system has been solved.
Camden Edwards
Never try to buy absolutely the top or try to sell absolutely the bottom, its a good way to get burned, use hourly and 4 hour candles to really look for reversals first to know what direction to daytrade. Right now we have no bull reversal yet.
I'll be buying a Lambo, maybe i'll get a good deal on it from some large spec who needs to cover his margin call.
Andrew Sullivan
all in otm sqqq calls
Isaiah Martin
I don't think this is it though, I like the yield curve indicator and it's still way off inversion.
Connor Baker
im not trying to get the absolute bottom. gonna make a large buy if the market goes any lower than it is now. my question was will it go lower than today's close?
Camden Hall
Heed my words, goyim, the plunge resumes tomorrow. Did you think Donald could disparage me on Twitter without repercussions? I've double checked with my friends, and i assure you, there will be no solace for you.
