Have similiar behavior from women at my job. It's not even a restaurant it's an office. Female boss says I called her out on something when I was helping her avoid getting in trouble. If I told on her, she'd be sitting down with a loud aggresive black woman asking her why she is messing up. Note: That black woman is techincally not our manager just a coworker who has authority on this type of work. However unlike her if I behave loud and aggresive I get disciplined. I'm not good looking yet my boss uses me as a work horse while at the same clearly showing signs she has the hots for me (doesn't help I'm the hardest working underling on her team). I'd expect favoritism with less work considering her behavior but apparently not.

My work is straightforward yet she goes in circles as if she expects a long detailed list of what I'll be doing. For several months now I've had lots of work and she asks me if I feel overwhelmed as she feels overwhelmed. I work a bureaucratic job and the women are either lazy, do-nothings that do just enough work to not get in trouble or they're backstabbing cunts who only got where there were from muh discrimination and feel the need to micromanage people just to flex nuts. Everytime I read these type of threads I type get mad because of how true they are (manipulating betas, etc.) then realize men are equally as manipulative (deception, small talk), lazy, annoying or incompetents.
Perhaps it is because I work in IT so women overcompensate, but all I've worked with were meticulous and structured than a lot of other lazy fucks.

People are all fairly shitty and manipulative, the thing is that Western culture is such that it is hard to criticize or challenge a woman on that account, some of them coast through life with a warped sense of self and humility as a result.
Women who stick it out in IT are probably naturally humble/hardworking and beyond this complex, naturally these kinds of people gravitate towards easy or subjective work
