I'm not good looking yet my boss uses me as a work horse while at the same clearly showing signs she has the hots for me (doesn't help I'm the hardest working underling on her team). I'd expect favoritism with less work considering her behavior but apparently not.

My work is straightforward yet she goes in circles as if she expects a long detailed list of what I'll be doing. For several months now I've had lots of work and she asks me if I feel overwhelmed as she feels overwhelmed. Tell her no (I do feel overwhelmed sometimes but not when shes asked me and shes probably setting me up like when she calls me on speakerphone). She doesn't realize that I can leave this job at the drop of a hat and it's no longer my problem it's hers.
