How come cost of living correlates to the amount of socialism in a country? Sweden has one of the highest costs of living? Then united states then the developing world. This is correlated to the amount of forceful socialism. Socialist institutions don't want cost of living to be low because then the people wont need them and can hop off the hamster wheel that they engineered for them. Notice how capitalism brought the cost of the computer, the most powerful means of production in history, to the point where you can buy a second hand workstation for 50 bucks and make a living with it. The same could be done with sustainable living, like biofuel reactors, aeroponic gardens for food, and 3D printers. But the socialists NEED people to NEED them and they will fight against decentralization!
