True. I wont name names cause then I will be told I have an agenda but i have a few small caps that have almost no vol or buzz yet but my gut knows they will be something at some point. 99% of projects are obviously nothing in terms of innovation whatever the fucking price. Fundamentals do matter, thats why I dignity buy into all the big ICO's cause their fundamentals didn't match their values and eventaully that comes to and end just like cheap as fuck caps with good fundamentals will eventaully find a much higher market price even if it takes a better overall market for them to get there.
