this, since there's been the uncertainty regarding the rate at which yields will increase, nobody really wants to get locked into a long term commitment if they're able to get a better yield in a relatively short time frame or something. I mean we're looking at a vehicle that's used to moving at like 2 mph, the fact that the rate has increased so rapidly relative to the time frame these things take to mature, there's quite a bit of uncertainty, which is actually quite fascinating since it's literally a fixed vessel that shouldn't have any uncertainty to it what so ever.
