False. They are absolutely pumping the market and they have been since late December, under the president's authority. The market doing well is imperative to Trump, in order to keep his base happy. The reality is, that this is horrible for the overall economy, because they are just buying S&Ps with money they don't have. This will cause the coming decline to be substantially worse and will lead to hyperinflation. Initiating the PPT was a very foolish and near-sighted move by POTUS.
