Quit your job. Any job you do not enjoy will slowly poison your mind.

diet, exercise, time, natural supplements, make lists of things you need to do, stop abusing neuro toxic substances, find a hobby you can absolve your time into and most importantly, stick to all of this - it wont happen over night; it'll likely take months.

Stop using drugs and alcohol, sleep 8 hours per night, eat more whole foods such as meats, animal fats, and fruits and veggies. Try eating fewer carbs and less highly processed food though, and definitely start exercising rigorously with clear goals in mind. If you don't have clear goals in all parts of your life, make sure you do. Hang out with other people who have good goals and some kind of ethic like I just described to you. You will now feel great all the time.

many things you can try. Here's a few:

>Be more active outside your flat
>Ketosis diet
>Less screen time
>Megadose of vitamin d

Stop smoking weed and get a fucking job...

God damn millennials...They think everything is just handed to them...such entitled pieces of s#!&t

Where did op say he was unemployed? Old people cannot even read they just love to complain

kek

Regular adequate sleep, elimination diet for autoimmune sufferers, fasting, regular light to moderate exercise/lifting, walking outdoors, meditation, less screen time, creative hobby that you do often, regular sex, restrict masturbation, cold showers, drink more water, get to know new people, read new information, journal about your day and the thoughts you had, tidy up the places you spend a lot of time in, get a pet, relax and do absolutely nothing more often, and of course iodine, crushed garlic, chili peppers

fall for the meditating meme user, it's VERY tiring but once you can do a 2hr session without breaking sweat you'll be able to focus at will

15mins sessions during weekdays after waking up and before going to bed

1-2hr sessions on Sunday

fast

No fap

Green tea. Embrace it new friend

I'm giving up on the constant intake of coffee
good idea frens?

This but with salt water

Why salt water?

Quit wheat.
Worked for me.

always a good idea to try.
i've only tried a fast where i did have coffee, noticable clarity.
I'm sure coffee is not the problem if you can keep it at one cup in the morning. something like that. coffee becomes a problem if it makes you run around feeling stressed (for no good reason) the entire day.

yes this also

>Drinking 2 litres of good honest water.
Every day.

I get brain fog but when I lift and do cardio in a morning it completely wipes it.

Had it so bad that I couldn't hold a conversation without day dreaming and losing my train of thought. Keto diet cured it all and then some plus it only took a week to feel a substantial difference.

Probably this.
Brain fog is undiagnosed depression

KOKAINE

Better sleep, reduce sugar especially in the morning, add some MCT oil to your meals, exercise

Heavy squats and deadlifts sometimes make me feel really dizzy and disoriented.

Since when is biz more knowledgeable than fit?

1. Eat less than 2500 calories/day.

2. Fast intermittently. But don't overdo.

3. Ignore anons that said sugar is always a bad thing. It's ok to add some sugar to your coffee (a sugar packet is like 15 calories, and it can actually reduce your cravings during the day). As long as you eat less than 2500 Cal and exercise you will be burning some fat daily. You don't need to go all in butter to be in ketosis, just eat less.

4. Go to the gym at least once a week. Do a minimum of 10 min jogging, 3 min sprinting, 20 min lifting weights (or until you're exhausted and almost passing out). Wait until you recover and repeat.

5. Sleep.

6. Green tea in the morning.

7. Carb free breakfast.

8. Avoid dairy if you are lactose intolerant.

9. If your BMI is not within the normal range, just losing weight will improve your life significantly.

10. Manage stress with meditation and breathing exercises. Yoga works for some people.

i found quitting caffeine good for my sleeping habits
iv'e been doing keto as well though
without the sugar rushes running out i don't get tired midday so i don't "need" the caffeine to wake myself up
i did a simple test
>3 weeks without tea/coffee
>wake up at 7am without an alarm everyday
>go to bed around 1am and fall asleep within 10 minutes
>wake up fresh and alert after 6 hours sleep
>drink tea for 3 days
>instantly can't sleep for 2 hours the same night
>go to bed at 1am and wake up at 10am
couldn't fall asleep for like 2 hours
>head feels heavy until i have tea
>stop the tea
>sleep at 1am and awake at 7am the same night/morning
When i first quit i was getting headaches maybe 4-5 days straight, but none during this little test

Much more sleep and GET OFF FORUMS (really) because they do some weird shit to your serotonin and also can cause impotence. I'm not even joking.

stop masturbating especially with porn
excercise
no hedonistic drugs obviously
yeah tea is good but I think just drink enough fluids first and foremost.
And most importantly that nobody had mentioned yet.
>read
yes start reading books it does wonders. At least for me. If you can't focus at first try again later or try a different book that really gets you interested. Even short stories and poetry are good for that. Thank me later user and hope you're okay.

Ketosis helps a lot

quit gluten
quit sugars, reduce fast absorbing carbs
quit smoking if you do
avoid alcohol
quit porn and start no fap

increase your healthy fats consumption (avocados, omega 3)
increase fruits and veggies consumption (kiwi, banana, blueberries, spinach, asparragus, broccoli)
increase nuts consumption
watch out for shit quality meat

supplement with atleast a multivitamin, omega 3 and curcumin.
want to drink something warm? avoid coffee, drink more leafy green tea
start exercising atleast 3 times a week, mostly cardio to avoid stress, start powerlifting from time to time (add creatine if you wish)

sleep atleast 7 hours, dont go to bed late
you can amplify repairing effects of sleep with melatonin supplement. consume zma before bed if youre powerlifting

the main objective is to recover hormone balance, boost testosterone, reduce toxicity, improve gut health, increase recovery and optimize cellular atp burning and neurogenesis

salt water kills unhealthy gut bacteria while changing the pH to alcalinity and feeding the body with a liquid similar to blood. like user said, fast if drink otherwise you can have digestive problems and or diarrhea, amongst other possible issues

Take adderall. Then smoke weed for the come down.

I don't know anything about you so not all of these will be applicable to you:
>If you're not exercising already, start exercising, if you don't have time for a gym then do bodyweight exercises. See Bodyweight Training Anatomy, it has a plan in the back, for stretching see Stretching Anatomy.

>If you're not using your brain you will lose it, if you do have a job where you do use your brain you're probably not in any danger, though you always want to "exercise" it, by learning new things, experiencing new - stimulating things, etc. a lot of people talk about meditation in a spiritual way but in reality meditation is just "exercising" your brain by removing any distraction and just focusing on your mind. Basic meditation is just sitting down and focusing on your breath, not reacting or getting distracted by your thoughts, eventually your mind will be still and you'll be a lot more relaxed as well as slowly improve concentration. I do a very lazy meditation without a real style and my memory is better now than ever before, but I also did the following:

>Improve your diet, if you haven't already, "you are what you eat" is as ancient as "let food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." Both of these statements are found in the Upanishads, almost three thousand years old, and it goes back even further than that. Remove fast food and processed food completely from your palate, get any textbook on nutrition and really understand it because this is essentially what powers you in every way conceivable, there's actually a story in the Upanishads (no, I'm not a Hindu) where a teacher tells his student to abstain from food for a week, during this time he is unable to focus, unable to think, unable to understand, the student is reintroduced to food and eventually recovers and is able to focus again, think clearly and understand. Get any up-to-date textbook on nutrition, or talk to a nutritionist, also check out major diets like vegetarianism or veganism.

...

Primal diet + caviar. Shit's incredible

>Speaking of memory, what you remember is obviously directly related to what you find interest in, but other factors which people don't consider is that stress actually completely ruins your ability to recall information, so say you're in a stressful situation and you are really straining yourself trying to remember something, you might be internally saying things like "oh come on, think," etc. this impedes your ability to recall, you might have heard "fear is the mind killer" or something similar, this is true of stress also, any negative emotion will harm your memory, this of course along with drugs. Speaking of negative emotions...

>What is your self-talk like? Do you have any? If you do is it positive or neutral? If it's negative this will hinder you in every way imaginable, you should - if you have any self-talk at all - be addressing yourself as you would a dear friend, your outlook on life should be positive, not in the sense that you ignore negative things in the world or walk up to a seemingly threatening person attempting to spark dialogue, but you shouldn't try to change things you have no power over - if you do think like this you may want to look into - again, not trying to promote religion here just philosophical shifts: Stoicism (Epictetus), Epicureanism (Epicurus), Indian philosophy (specifically their views on desire and sense-objects), again I'm not advocating any sort of spiritualism, just grounding yourself in your self so you can minimize negative experiences from inside (mentality, self-talk, etc.) and out (externals, sense-objects, desire, etc.). For some easy reading you could check out Mindset by Carol S. Dweck, Change Your Questions Change Your Life by Adams, any book on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, etc. I recommend reading also the Maitri Upanishad, the Buddhist outline (Arthaviniƛcaya), Epictetus' Discourses and Selected Writings, Epicurus' The Art of Happiness, etc.

I think that's everything.

kek anything special? or just something like seasalt + lukewarm water

Get more sleep. Make going to bed early the priority.
Stop eating shit

Stop drinking and smoking weed
Drink coffee
See a doctor and get your T. levels and diabetes checked.

Unironically stop beating off, it lowers testosterone which makes you tired all the time.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11760788
>These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.

1. Sleep more
2. Exercise
3. No porn
4. Eat healthy

>quality sea water
I'm not buying literal sea water

I'm torn on this. I could easily drive 15 minutes and fill a few jugs with water from the beach... but also I'm considering that I live in a city and it's possible there are H1-B pajeets pooping in that water.

Yeah he is the modern enlightened white college student.

probably full of parasites too

which is why you buy quality sea water you brainlet, not all sea is the same around the world, sea water around ibiza is pretty clean and its purified for heavy metals before being sold, its legal and safe

do some high intensity cardio first. shit like tabata for 4 minutes and 3 sets and then go onto your big weights

Raw, organic, cold pressed coconut oil. 2 TBSP three times a week or more. Eat food first. You'll notice a difference in as little as an hour. You're welcome.

Attached: drpepe.jpg (657x527, 56K)

Get more sleep.
Fap twice a week max.

take magnessium and potassium supplements

What the fuck is brain fog

>I can't use search engines

what do you mean i fap twice a day min

meditate

and I mean it, no buddha wooba bullshit, look up Sam Harris meditation on youtube or something

I never drink coffee. All you need is adequate sleep and you will succeed in feeling energized for an average workday

kys

Stop being a pothead is the first step

Read the holy bible. God will help you

I actually did and it sounds like a made-up millennial "disease" like ADHD

All these fucking meme diet answers. Fuck all of you idiots.

The human body evolved to use 3 things: calories, sleep, exercise.

Deficit or abundance of any results in poor physical and mental health.

Nothing else fucking matters. Eat enough good food, sleep enough but not too much, and exercise enough to trick your body into thinking it is being used for survival.

That's ALL it takes. Everything else is bullshit, shortcuts that don't work, or outright lies.

A fake millenials illness that they use as an excuse to absolve responsibility for their lack of focus and critical thinking skills.

lift weighs and cut out carbs

Throw the jew down the well.

Iodine deficiency caused by halogens in drinking-water, etc.

stop fapping for a couple months

Water, sleep, breathing, exercise, nutrition, hugs.

with iodine you have to take selenium too. can take those.
but there may be other minerals missing like boron and magnesium, and even more obscure trace minerals.
i suggest juicing whenever you feel like it to top it off too.

Bump.

Go back to inforwars faggot. Here's how I clear up brain fog, I literally fuck cross dressing fembois in their boipussy! Usually one dose a day will get my head nice and clear after I bust a nice warm load in their tight little boipussy! Right now I am rotating through 3 cross dressing faggots, and my mind has never been clearer
