Half of it is already absorbed in current welfare. You don't get UBI on top of welfare. So you get 1k a month either cash (which everyone will chose) or some type of welfare assistance)
The rest will come a VAT tax, cut in military, sales tax receipts on people just spending that 1k back into the economy which will happen.
