I know a nigger who got a supposed developer job at ADP i think(?) by showing them some random derivative browser game he made.
Do any of you guys have good careers?
Six figure tech startup user here. Have been through phases of appreciation or lack thereof for my job. Currently very happy, designing a new product. Have reasonable equity and hoping this new product gets the company valuation above $100MM. Still hope I make a few mil from crypto so I have additional options.
That's not that much time though, any non-brainlet should be able to finish a degree at a solid state school in 2-3 years and only pay at max 30k.
The discrepancy in how much you can make without a degree vs with a degree is staggering, I made 120k at my first job out of school vs 40k which was the most I ever made at my highest paying job before getting a degree. Also you can work while attending school.
Anyone who needs to apply to 100+ jobs isn't going about finding and applying to said jobs in an intelligent way. I work with some pure autismos too, even they know you need to reach out to people on LinkedIn for referrals
Connections on LinkedIn are meaningless, you can contact people whether you're friends or not.
>Now I really only do work for about 8 hours collectively on a given week, I spend the rest of the time reading and shitposting.
You work a 'bullshit job'. Look it up.
I have a company for Cloud consulting and DevOps
How did you get into that position and what area are you located in?
I'm a dirty nocoiner NEET. I have missed the boat on everything in live and I'm going to kill myself eventually. just here for the memes fren
I work a mediocre job and am all in on LINK. Everything I've done in life has blown up in my face or I have failed in. I get back up again but it doesn't get easier, LINK will likely just wind up yet another failure like everything else but I'm still not selling.
I even have oldfags dunking on me for getting in late, whatever. fuck it
Bubble isn't popping? San Fran is having massive layoffs, and all these "tech" companies that burn 2 billion usd/year are IPOing. This is peak bubble right here; majoring in CS is going to get your rekt if you're not in the top 10% of coders. Look at every other developed country in the world; being a programmer in those countries is just another wagie job that pays the same as any other type of analyst. There is no reason for the US to be different.
as i understand it you aren't NEETing right if you don't have shekels left over to put into moonshots. maybe try getting a job and see if having even the slightest bit of purpose or responsibility improves your state of mind.
